The Movement

A proprietary, three-part framework built to answer one question at a time: who have I become, what matters now, and how do I build a life that fits.

why it starts here

Life has a way of inviting us into a new era.

Every meaningful change begins with an invitation — sometimes welcomed, sometimes unexpected. A promotion. An empty room down the hall. A marriage that ends. A body that asks for something different. A quiet realization that the life you built no longer fits the woman living it.

My Era treats that invitation as the starting point, not a problem to solve. The Movement doesn't ask you to become someone new. It asks you to pause long enough to recognize who you already are.

Recognize. Clarify. Design.

The 3-movement identity coaching method

Identity coaching helps you recognize who you are now—not simply who you’ve been expected to be. It’s for women navigating change, questioning what fits, or realizing that a life that looks good on paper doesn’t quite feel like their own anymore.

Through the three movements of the My Era Method—Recognize, Clarify, and Design—we explore what has shaped you, what matters to you now, and how you can design a life that fits.

Movement One: Recognize

Who have I become?

Before you can design what's next, you have to see clearly where you actually are — not where you were ten years ago, and not where you think you should be. Recognize is a guided look at your current identity, roles, strengths, energy, and reality, so you're building on truth rather than assumption.

We help you see yourself clearly — not with judgment or comparison, but with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.

" I finally understand where I am, and where I've been. "

Movement Two: Clarify

What matters now?

As we change, so do our priorities, values, and definition of success. Clarify is where you separate what mattered in your last era from what matters in this one — and start naming what you actually want, not what you're supposed to want.

We help you find understanding in your priorities and definition of success. So you know what matters in this era, not the last one so you

" I know what I want My Era to be about. "

Movement Three:
Design

How do I build a life that fits?

With clarity comes intention. Design is where reflection becomes action — translating what you now understand about yourself into concrete decisions about your career, relationships, time, boundaries, habits, and goals.

We help you build a life around the woman you've become — not the roles you've fulfilled or the expectations you've carried.

"I know what I'm building for."

COMMON QUESTIONS

How is My Era different?

  • No. My Era is not therapy and isn't a substitute for it. It's a structured, forward-looking framework focused on identity clarity and intentional life design — many women do this work alongside therapy, not instead of it.

  • Yes. Recognition and clarity come first so that what you design actually holds up — skipping ahead tends to recreate the same misfit life in a new form.

  • My Era focuses on identity before strategy, not productivity or goal-setting. Most coaching asks "what do you want to achieve?" My Era first asks "who are you now?" — because the right goals only become clear once a woman understands who she's become.

  • The core program — 12 sessions spanning the Recognize, Clarify, and Design Movements — is $2,500. After completing these three Movements, participants can choose to continue coaching on a schedule that fits their season of life.

  • No, most women start without a clear goal, and that's the point of the first phase of the process. My Era's approach begins with self-recognition rather than goal-setting, so clarity about what's next emerges naturally once a woman understands where she stands today.

  • Yes, My Era offers a $300 referral discount for new clients referred by a current or past participant. Ask your referrer to introduce us as a way to book your first conversation.
