Growth starts here

Conversations that help women recognize who they've become and design a life that fits.

My Era Speaking engagements bring the identity-coaching framework behind Chelsey Cullen's private coaching practice into keynotes, breakouts, and workshops. With engagements available in 20, 30, or 45 minute formats there's something for everyone.

Whether your organizing a conference, a corporate women's networking event, or are an organization ready to give the women in your community something other than another list of goals, My Era can support you.

My Era's Signature Keynote & Workshop

Who am I?

Who Am I? is My Era's signature workshop for women's audiences.  A keynote or interactive session that guides a room through the first three My Era Movements: Recognize, Clarify, and Design.

Most rooms ask women what they can accomplish next. This one starts somewhere different. Through a short, guided exercise — as simple as introducing yourself to a stranger — the room moves through three movements: Recognize what's being carried mostly for others, Clarify what that reveals about what's actually needed, and Design one honest decision that honors it. No five-year plans. No goal-setting. Just a room full of women getting a few minutes to notice what's true, together.

It's built for women navigating any kind of transition — empty nesting, divorce, career change, burnout, motherhood, or simply the quiet realization that a life built for someone else's expectations no longer fits. It works as a keynote, a breakout, or a fully interactive workshop, and it's designed to leave people having done something, not just listened to something.

Audience

Who is it for?

Who Am I? is built for rooms of accomplished women navigating change: women's leadership conferences, corporate ERGs, retreats, professional associations, and nonprofit communities.

It resonates most with women who are used to being capable, responsible, and depended on, and who are ready for a conversation that isn't about doing more.

The format flexes to the room: a general audience of professional women, an executive or leadership cohort, or a group already mid-transition.

Common Settings

  • Women's leadership conferences and summits

  • Corporate women's employee resource groups (ERGs) and DEI programming

  • Professional associations and alumnae networks

  • Women's retreats and wellness programs

  • Divorce-support, new-motherhood, or career-transition communities

  • Faith-based and nonprofit women's circles

Formats available

Format Options

  • 20 Minute Keynote:  A tight, high-impact talk introducing the core idea, identity before strategy, anchored by the opening exercise and a first look at The My Era Movements. Built for a conference stage, a lunch-and-learn, or an opening keynote slot where time is short but the room deserves more than a list of tips.

  • 30 Minute Talk + Guided Reflection: The keynote, extended into the room's first full exercise. The audience does the Recognize movement live, in writing, with time to reflect and (for those willing) share. Best for a breakout session, a team offsite, or any setting where a few extra minutes buys real participation.

  • 45 Minute Full Interactive Workshop: The complete experience: Recognize, Clarify, and Design, moved through in sequence, with guided writing, reflection, and discussion at each stage. Audiences leave with a real answer to a real question, not just a framework to remember later, but a decision they've already made. Ideal for a dedicated workshop slot, a women's retreat, or a team session with room to slow down.

All formats can be adapted for virtual delivery or extended into a half-day or multi-session experience for organizations who want to go deeper, so the experience matches your event's time and setting.

Common Questions

  • My Era's signature workshop, "Who Am I?", is a keynote or interactive session that guides women's audiences through Recognize, Clarify, and Design — three of The My Era Movements — helping them notice what they're carrying for others and design one decision that honors what they actually need.

  • Chelsey Cullen is the founder of My Era, an identity-coaching practice for women, and the creator of The My Era Movements (Recognize, Clarify, Design, and Live), used in both her private coaching practice and her speaking engagements.

  • Who Am I? is designed for accomplished women's audiences, women's leadership conferences, corporate ERGs, professional associations, retreats, and communities supporting women through transitions like divorce, empty nesting, career change, or burnout.

  • Both are available. The 20-minute format is a keynote-style talk; the 30- and 45-minute formats include live, guided exercises so the audience experiences the framework rather than just hearing about it.

  • Yes. All three formats can be adapted for virtual delivery in addition to in-person events.
